If you don't mind the limited menu, JJ's has some good-tasting sandos. This was my 2nd trip to the SV store. The first time I got the standard Pepe (#1) and it was good, had enough meat, and satisfied my hunger. This second trip I got the standard Big John (#2), and while good, the amount of meat seemed light; like what you'd expect from Subway - a bit disappointing. My first trip I stopped by in the early evening and did the standard in-store order. I had two others in front of me and the time from order to pick-up was acceptable. The second trip I did an online order at lunch time (very busy). If you can plan your pick-up (I think the minimum pick-up time is 30 minutes), I recommend you use the online order form and pay via credit/debit card. When I arrived to pick up my order, the order line had seven people in line and the pick-up line had about 10 people waiting. I walked back to the pick-up counter, gave my name and waited less than 2 minutes for my sandwich. Having paid ahead of time, I grabbed the bag and headed for the door (although I did notice that I owe an additional $0.03, which I'll pay for on my next trip). All in all, the sandwiches are good. The number of meats is limited and you only get Provolone, if you want cheese. None of these are deal breakers if you're looking for a good sandwich, though. Give them a try.

I was SO excited we were getting a JJ's because I usually don't have time to leave work for lunch and had heard great things about them. My husband and I stopped in about a week ago. He got the tuna sub, which I had a bite of and it was delicious, and my sandwich was honestly just alright...it was so "just alright" that I don't even remember what I ordered. The staff wasn't very friendly. Not rude either, but not what you'd expect of a place that just recently opened and is building a reputation in a small town. Anyway, I just tried to order a tuna sandwich on my break, and apparently 3 miles is outside of their delivery range! What the hell?! It takes 5-10 min to get from JJ's to my work. I thought delivery was the main selling point! Without that, they're just a Subway with way less options. What is even the point???

I'm so glad I happened to see this place while driving around-- every time I've looked it up on Google/Google Maps, and even Yelp, all I get are Tucson locations. I LOVE Jimmy John's. Definitely brings back some great college memories. Its pretty simple: they have great customer service, their restaurant is clean, and the food is fresh and great. This location was awesome and lived up to my expectations. After living in an area with no JJ's around for the last 3 years, I was very excited to see one in my new town!

This is a really painful review for me to write...I love their sandwiches. They're great. What knocked this down from 5 starts to 2 is the absurd "delivery range". After speaking with a manager, it became very clear that the conversation wasn't going anywhere. This is apparently "corporate policy" which "will not change". I live 3.25 miles away from their location. It is literally a 10 minute drive....with traffic. Apparently if you don't live in Fry-Town, you don't get delivery. What compounds the disappointment is that there are so few delivery places in town as it is....to advertize yourself as delivery and have a 1-2 mile range is dishonest. If I lived that close, I'd walk.

I have been here a few times and feel that they are the best sub place in town. Other places you have to search for the meat, but JJs gives good portions. My only complaint is the bread. It tastes good, but the crust of the bread is very tough for some reason.

One mile delivery area?! Can you legally call yourself a delivery service if you can walk the entire delivery area in ten minutes? What a crock of crap. And the sandwiches are mediocre at best. Just go to subway, at least they toast their food if you ask!

FALSE- Fast delivery.... Not if you live on Ft. Huachuca. They WILL NOT deliver on post. they will deliver to addresses farther away, but refuse to deliver on post. Sandwiches are better than couple other places in town but the fact that they are excluding what keeps this town alive makes little to no business sense. Open your eyes management and increase your customer delivery area. Terrible management concept.

I was so excited when this opened in Sierra Vista but after one visit I was very disappointed. There were more workers there than any other Jimmy Johns i have visited which you would think meant even faster service. Wrong. Service was very slow even to get an order in. Then it took a while to get my order. When my order was ready they didn't call me to the counter. It sat there a while before I went and asked if it was mine and they said yes. I asked them if they could put it in a bag and they said, "There's bags right there, take one." I know other Jimmy Johns locations bag your to go sandwiches without even asking, even when they are busy with less staff than this location had. Besides the bad service, the place looked messy and unorganized. As for the sandwich, it was okay, but definitely the worst out of all other Jimmy Johns I've visited. I would give this location one star but I am hoping these are all problems they will iron out once they have been open a little longer.

First and last time i order from this place. We ordered a Gargantuan. Delivery was prompt. Delivery person was pleasant. BUT...sandwich was not as stated on menu. A PIECE OF ONION. A SLICE OF CHEESE. NO TOMATO...Definitely not worth 12.00

First time ordering. Never heard of this place before they came to town. Placed order online and received email confirmation in about two minutes. Ordered the gargantuan sandwich with extras. Sandwich was fat and made perfectly. Ingredients are good. Order got here in about ten minutes. Will definitely order again and update.

Still awesome sandwiches. Reliable and fresh. Never any issue with order, super fast delivery and has delivered everywhere I've asked. I will never go to a subway again as long as JJ's is in town! I can't count how many sandwiches I've ordered at this point, I can't get enough! Thanks for the warning on sprouts, I had no idea!

Menu selection is limited. Attempted delivery tonight and they said we live outside of their delivery area. We are in the town and have no problems with pizza delivery. 5 min drive away. Must have a very small delivery range. Family went there with me a few days ago. Food tastes good, nothing impressive, but good. Lunch time frame you can expect dirty tables inside. Probably best to take out. I hope others have a better experience with delivery than we did tonight. It's a small town. Don't say you deliver if you can't cover it.
